At Inner Sky Hypnotherapy, we value your commitment to personal growth and respect the time and energy it takes to hold space for each session. This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
1. Session Payments

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.

Payments secure your appointment time and ensure preparation for your personalized session.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their session without notice will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds

Eligible Refunds: Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Non-Refundable Services: Packages, special events, retreats, or discounted offers are non-refundable once purchased, but may be transferable at the practitioner’s discretion.
4. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Refunds or rescheduling exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have extenuating circumstances.
